I have four of your oil on canvas, passed on to me by my Dad. He purchased them at a gallery in Anchorage on a family vacation. Each time I look at them, I remember that awesome time with my family. Your work is fabulous!

I do remember your father’s name and can remember some of the paintings he purchased. I think they all had chairs of some kind in them – around 1993 and 1994. Thanks for letting me know that they are still being enjoyed!

Hello. I am in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and at a thrift store today I bought a beautiful painting of flowers with a black background. The artist’s name is Agnes Biggs. I have been doing some research online and came across your website. I believe it is an original painting. It was framed at Johnson Gallery Frame/Craft in Edmonton and after researching them, I discovered that they closed their doors and retired back in 2013.
The flowers look like wild flowers and there are sunflowers. I am trying to find a copy of it online but I don’t see one.
I just thought I’d reach out to you.

I think it must be a completely different Agnes Biggs. My grandmother was a nurse, and as far as I know, she never painted a stroke in her life! But it isn’t a common name. Her family came to the United States from England in the late 1800’s and settled in the Hartford, Connecticut area.
